Cancellation & Refund Policy

At EdgeCraft Wānaka, we strive to provide premium handcrafted ski tuning services with the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before booking.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 All bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time without penalty.
1.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price.
1.3 No-shows (failure to present your gear for service without notice) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
1.4 Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit or debit card on file used to secure the booking.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

Service cannot be completed due to unforeseen issues (e.g., equipment failure, weather impacts).

Cancellation by EdgeCraft Wānaka.

Errors or defects in service confirmed by our team.
2.2 If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2.3 We do not offer refunds for:

Changes of mind.

Customer dissatisfaction due to improper use or wear and tear after service.

Pre-existing damage or conditions that were disclosed or visible prior to service.
3. Rescheduling
3.1 You may reschedule your booking at any time, subject to availability, with at least 24 hours’ notice without fees.
3.2 Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice is treated as a late cancellation and subject to fees as per Section 1.2.
4. Add-On Services
4.1 Add-on services (e.g., Pick-up & Drop-off, Express Turnaround) are subject to the same cancellation and refund terms as the main service.
4.2 If you cancel add-ons separately, fees may still apply if the main service remains booked.
